Please join Dr Leonie Schelke, the world’s leading expert on the utilization of ultrasound for complication management in Aesthetic Medicine, and Nicola Lowrey MPAP, PA-C, a global KOL and member of the CMAC international expert board, for a unique educational experience focusing on complications with HA fillers and the superior management of these complications utilizing ultrasound guidance.


This course will be heavily focused on hands-on ultrasound practice.  No need to already own or bring a device, an array of display devices will be provided for use.

II. Hands-on Ultrasound practice with hands-on complication management $3500

  • A very limited number of seats available.  
  • Must have a CA license to be allowed to inject.  
  • Bring a model with a complication you would like assistance in correcting.

  • Anatomy

     Skin layers, vasculature, SMAS, foramen

     Microvasculature and perfororators

     The connection between the lateral zygoma and the temple

  • Complications

     Recognition, determining etiology, skin patterns of VAE’s, the proper use of Hyaluronidase. 

  • Demonstrations 
    Hands-on practice opportunities for proper ultrasound guided management 


Course will be limited to 24 attendees total.

This activity has been designed to meet the educational needs of aesthetic medicine providers involved in the care of patients with injectable treatments.

Providers will gain an in depth understanding of facial ultrasound as it relates to facial anatomy, ultrasound guided injections and complication management.
